Multi-channel subscriber acqusiiton and retention

For roughly 5 years I had the pleasure of leading an agency team charged with developing and executing multi-channel direct response acquisition, retention and loyalty campaigns for the largest network of local media properties in the country. While some campaigns were market-specific, others were developed for enterprise use, and were versioned for as many as 200+ local brands.
