As a regional provider of telecommunications services, Baja Broadband often outpaced their competitors in terms of technology superiority, however their relative lack of brand awareness made it difficult to gain market share.

The Baja Moment was a multi-channel campaign with 3 irreverent and memorable TV spots as its collective centerpiece. Each vignette was built around one of Baja's 3 key differentiators - no contract/commitment, reliable, weather-proof service, and speed superiority.
